On Thursday, June 22nd 2017, our team participated in the 16th international team and company run under extreme climatic conditions (temperatures above 30°C/86 °F). Even though the starting signal only sounded at 8 p.m., the conditions reminded mildly of a desert race. Still, all participants managed to finish the 5km race and very good results were reached. Starting point and goal was the Vienna Ernst Happel Stadium, with the route leading through the beautiful Prater Hauptallee, where passers-by were cheering for the runners.

This year, Delegate was able to participate with as many as 20 employees who were proudly presenting their new running shirts. As promised, here are some impressions from the event.

                   
Christian & Rainer came to the race directly from the airport. After a 3-day client workshop, they made a precision landing for the start of the race, arriving just in time and in their running outfits.

Delegate‘s next generation demonstrated sportiness, too, cheering the runners on while wearing the Delegate running shirt and also obtaining a well-deserved medal.

A great number of the Delegate Ladies participated, partly even outperforming their male colleagues.
