Customer Day 2019
On the 8th of May 2019 our annual customer day took place in Munich. For the first time, the event was extended with an interactive networking event. The evening before we met with our customers to network in the Ruby Lilly Bar. The main goal of the event was to support the exchange between our customers in a relaxing atmosphere. This opportunity was very well accepted and also very positively mentioned by our customers. We were able to have many exciting conversations but also observe many active conversations between our customers. So everyone had the opportunity to get to know each other and us better.
The main event took place on the 8th of May at the Viktualienmarkt at Hacker Pschorr in the Theresiensaal. This year we could register the biggest increase since the beginning of the event and we were completely booked out with 60 people. In terms of content, Mr. Knopp presented the positive development at Delegate since the last customer day. Furthermore a concrete road map for the next versions was presented inclusive the vision of Delegate.
An important item on the agenda was also the insight into the development process at Delegate and what exactly takes place behind the scenes in our applications. The highlight was the presentation of Mr. Schmidt who presented in 1.5 hours the most important highlights of the last three versions.
The event was rounded off by two short partner presentations and two experience reports from our customers. Mr. Unterlader (Director of Group Purchasing IMS&POS Systems at FMTG Services GmbH) talked about the electronic invoice import and Mrs. Brückner (Siemens) reported about the complete outsourcing of the operation of TCPOS and Delegate to our hosting center.
