Last week was all about the annual management meetings. Our colleagues from the USA and Australia as well as our Benelux Franchise partner met in Vienna. Many individual meetings for exchanging experiences and knowledge were scheduled. From Wednesday until Friday, a fixed management agenda was scheduled, too. The goal of the meetings was to determine a common strategic orientation for the coming year. This included a harmonization of various customer requirements in the different regions, in order to make sure that as many customers as possible benefit from further development of our products. The annual "Argentum Senior Living Conference" was held in Nashville TN from May 1st to May 3rd, Delegate North America attended joining the POS Partners booth. The conference is attended by Senior Living executives and employees from all over North America with the EXPO offering everything from Vehicles, Medical Supplies, Accounting and inventory solutions to Food Service Software and POS. Last week on May 11th 2017 our customer day took place in Frankfurt am Main. Numerous customers from the catering and healthcare sector visited us, attended the presentations and used the opportunity to communicate in-depth with our colleagues. In addition to current Delegate news, there were speeches and presentations of new Delegate features. There was also an open feedback round where customers could input ideas for further development of the application. Interesting new issues, which our customer would like to see in the application in future, were discussed. Together with our partner Ventopay, we have recently introduced a forum for large-scale catering. This platform focuses on an exchange with our clients and partners, just as our customer events do.
