German Catering Congress 2019

The German Catering Congress takes place for the 45th time during the Internorga trade fair. This year’s motto is ”Alles dreht sich um den Gast”  (“The Guest in the focus of our attention”). The congress will examine consumer behaviour as well as demands and expectations of guest and solutions for practical everyday business. The Agenda of the Event includes a lot of exciting topics such as workplace 4.0 , vegan cooking, changes in companies’ product ranges as well as sustainable and organic food concepts in hospital kitchens.

Naturally, we will be participating in this event and also attend the trade fair.  If you will be attending the congress or trade fair as well, we would be thrilled to meet you there. Please contact Christian Schmidt directly for planning an appointment so that we can arrange for an ideal schedule for March 18 and 19. 2 pm.: Lunch Buffet and Farewell

The event will take place in the Chicago room on the trade fair premises (Eingang Mitte). Prices include a seminar report, snacks and lunch, a Two-Day Ticket for Internorga and a trade fair catalog. Make sure to get the early bird discounts, valid until 24 February 2019. If more two persons from one organization participate, additional persons will get a 50% discount.
