Our add-on module for central kitchens enables paperless, digital and automatic compliance with the 2014 EU Food Information Regulation (FIR). The corresponding label, including the name of the recipe, nutritional values, allergens and best-before date, can be generated directly from our system.

In addition, our software automatically suggests the right container size and the appropriate labels. Of course, the correct regeneration information and the address of the respective canteen to which delivery is to be made are also printed on these labels. And it's all fully automatic!

Proof of delivery is also available digitally.

Managing special diets is also child's play with the CPU add-on module: it automatically maps all desired special diets (e.g. for diabetics and allergy sufferers).

The corresponding meals are packaged in separate containers to avoid contamination. The labels, which are also automatically generated by our system and indicate the respective special diet, are of course compliant with data protection regulations.

The additional “batch production” function makes tracing individual ingredients and the equipment used in the event of a recall child's play. Every ingredient used and every piece of equipment has its own barcode and every employee has a GDPR-compliant code. Production is also divided into individual batches. This means that every work step and every change can be tracked easily and accurately using a label scan on a mobile device. Goods and data are automatically linked to the corresponding batch - the entire supply chain can be reconstructed in a matter of seconds.

Individual orders, batches and components can also be found immediately using the practical search mask and “Track & Trace” function. With the digital recipe record and batch-based central production, you are not only well prepared for the emergency of a product recall, but also for food inspections and audits.

As compliance with food standards is automatically documented in full, the data can even be used for certifications such as ISO 9001.

It goes without saying that we cover all these processes of classic merchandise management in detail and with all the special features and complexities that the food industry entails. From the electronic supplier catalog, the management of nutritional values, allergens and additives to health indicators and CO2 footprint, electronic orders, delivery bills and invoices, digital inventories, goods receipts or transfers with handhelds: you will find everything fully integrated in our food service software. No interfaces to third-party systems are necessary. Of course, our food service software also enables the integration of all other relevant systems such as cash register and POS systems, financial accounting and much more.
